Art has always been a great way to cope with mental issues. It not only provides an emotional outlet but also helps to relax and relieve stress. Some studies suggest that creating art can stimulate the release of dopamine and help a person suffering from anxiety or depression.

A British illustrator Gemma Correll also decided to use art as a coping mechanism for her mental illnesses.
