Rudy Siswanto is a Hong Kong-based illustrator who works as a splash artist at Riot Games. The artist specializes in drawing mythical creatures and fantasy characters and in one of his projects, titled Baby Beastiary, he gave them a unique little twist. He illustrated what they would look like as babies and the results turned out pretty adorable.

In a recent interview with Bored Panda, Rudy said that Baby Beastiary is a client project that was started while he was still working at Caravan Studio. The artist says that the client came up with the idea for the baby creatures to create an RPG book and he helped them with the visuals. Rudy says he mostly contributed to the first two volumes and helped with art direction.

Rudy says that while working on the project he learned a lot about not only how to create the baby versions of creatures but also to observe all of their little gestures, proportions, and movements. The artist also adds that working on at Baby Bestiary really helped take his craft to the next level, especially when creating fantasy creatures.
