Croatian artist Dino Tomic decided to use his spare quarantine time to start a new illustration project. The man decided to reimagine a handful of celebrities as characters of different cartoons and people absolutely loved it! So far Dino illustrated 17 celebrities creating 153 characters and it doesn’t look like he’s stopping anytime soon.
In an interview with Bored Panda, the man said he wanted to try out something new while he’s stuck inside due to the coronavirus. When picking out a new character for the illustrations, Dino listens to his fans and picks out someone from all the people they suggested.
The artist says he has been drawing since he was in kindergarten but only took it up seriously when he was around 16 to 18 years old. Dino is a self-taught artist and is not afraid of trying out new things – perhaps that’s why he has amassed over 790k followers on Instagram.
