Puzzles are a great way to spend some time while your stuck in quarantine but even the most difficult ones can only last you for so long. But that’s where Kodak steps in. The company recently released a puzzle consisting of a whopping 51,300 pieces and it should keep even the most experienced puzzle builders occupied for the remainder of the quarantine.

Kodak’s gigantic new puzzle is the largest commercially available jigsaw puzzle at the time. This beast measures 6.25 ft (1.9 meters) in height and 28.5 ft (8.6 meters) in length. Not only that – it weighs a hefty 40 pounds (18.5 kg).

The puzzle features 27 wonders from all over the world with each one of them consisting of 1,900 pieces

The puzzle consists of 27 different sections, each one of which features a different wonder from all over the world. Each of the sections consists of 1,900 pieces and comes in a separate bag. However, this doesn’t these are 27 separate puzzles – each of them can be connected into one giant puzzle.

Some of the wonders include the Great Wall of China, the Eiffel Tower, and the Roman Colosseum

This giant puzzle should take you between 16 and 21 days to finish

Before Kodak released this puzzle, the title of largest commercially available puzzle belonged to Educa Borras’ puzzle titled Around The World that consisted of 42,000 pieces.

And while Kodak’s puzzle may be the largest commercially available puzzle, the title of most pieces in a jigsaw puzzle belongs to the students of Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics who put together a puzzle of a lotus flower consisting of 551,232 pieces. It measured at 48 ft 8.64 in by 76 ft 1.38 in (14.6 by 23.2 meters) and took up a whole sports hall.

While many of the online reviews of the puzzle are positive, others are saying that simply including 27 different puzzles and connecting them with a black outline is pretty lazy of Kodak.

The puzzle will set you back between $400 and $600 and will take you 16 to 21 days to finish – if you’re building it non-stop, of course.
