The National School Lunch Program (NPL) provide lunches to nearly 31 million students in the United States, so providing decent meals for everybody might be difficult at times. Sweetgreen, a chain salad restaurant that runs The Sweetgreen in Schools program, has recently created an interesting photo series showing different lunches around the world.

The program aims to educate youth about the importance of healthy eating and fitness, and to highlight that, they created a photo series showing various school lunches from all over the world. From fancy Italian to simple yet filling Ukrainian lunches, and you’ll be surprised when you see them compared to America’s.
